Rabobank, a Dutch financial services cooperative bank serving more than 9 million customers, needed to move away from one-off data solutions and create a scalable, reusable data platform. Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Rabobank build a Global Data Platform on Microsoft Azure, using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI to centralize data, improve governance, and enable self-service reporting. The result was a single platform of truth that significantly increased speed to insights, turning data requests that once took months or years into readily available information while also supporting scale and reducing costs.
