Donor engagement platform facilitates promotion of children’s welfare

Singapore Children’s Society is a Singapore-based multi-service charity dedicated to promoting the well-being of children through counseling, family support and community programs. Faced with a growing and diverse donor base—over 100,000 individual donors, 8,000 corporate donors and some 25,000 transactions a year—the Society struggled with limited control over solicitation outcomes and an aging bespoke donor system that could not support increasingly complex outreach, compliance and analytical needs.

To address this, the Society migrated to the Donor and Volunteer Engagement (DoVE) platform, built by Customer Capital Consulting on Microsoft Dynamics, giving staff a 360-degree view of donor profiles and activities. The platform enabled easier segmentation and targeting, optimized solicitations and payment handling, improved data mining and geographic insights, and saved time—allowing more effective donor relationship management, better-planned outreach and higher campaign precision.
