De Heus, a global animal feed producer with more than 90 factories worldwide, needed to maintain consistent quality standards while dealing with non-standardized local ERP systems that made operational control difficult. To address this, De Heus worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365, using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations as part of a move to cloud-based operations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped De Heus migrate to Azure and implement a global template with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, while still preserving flexibility for local manufacturing and quality needs. The result was standardized operations across factories, improved operational control, and faster access to information for customers, helping De Heus use data more effectively to meet evolving expectations.
