Direct Customer Solutions (DCS), an independent pharmaceutical 3PL based in Tennessee, needed a smarter, more integrated way to manage rapid growth, strict regulatory requirements, and increasingly complex finance and warehouse operations. Microsoft Dynamics 365, implemented with support from Argano, modernized DCS’s finance, supply chain, sales, and warehouse operations in the cloud, alongside Power BI and Power Pages. The results were significant: month-end close dropped from 14 days to 4, reporting became self-service, client data became near real time, and warehouse throughput surged by 300% for small parcels and 1,100% in order processing, while large-order picking time fell by more than 90% and overtime was eliminated.
