CWS International, a large European provider of hygiene, workwear, fire safety, and healthcare services, was struggling with heavily customized, end-of-life on-premises systems that were difficult to maintain and unsuitable as a global template. The company needed a modern, cloud-based ERP platform with finance and operations capabilities, and chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to support its complex rental business and international growth.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 implemented a hub-and-spoke model centered on Dynamics 365 Finance, with integrations to SAP, Salesforce, and field service tools across about 40 entities and nearly 1,300 users. The result was a single, unified platform with harmonized processes, data entered once and synchronized across systems, and continuous updates without maintenance headaches. CWS International also gained faster deployment of new capabilities, greater agility during changing market demands, and a scalable foundation for acquisitions and future rollouts.
