Working with partner BASYS, Henkel implemented BASYS Trade Profitability Management built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Power BI, and Azure to consolidate account and distributor data into a single platform. The solution cut forecasting data collection from two days to minutes, reduced promo-impact analysis from an hour to one minute, and shrank a 12-person, 160-hour forecasting process to one person in 30 minutes; it also delivered weekly updates, per-account forecasts, and clearer promotion ROI and predictability.
