Eyeful Presentations, a small UK consultancy that creates high-impact presentations for global brands, grew rapidly (about 50% year-on-year) and found its Salesforce CRM no longer fit the business. Poor Outlook/address-book integration, rising licence costs, low user adoption and difficulty producing timely KPIs made it hard to support fixed offices and an international, mobile workforce.

Working with Microsoft partner The CRM Business, Eyeful migrated to Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365 to provide cloud-based, role-personalized workspaces and better integration with Outlook, Excel and Sage. The change delivered faster onboarding (the new Russian office was online in days), higher user uptake, a single view of the business for managers, timely KPIs for decision-making, and ongoing partner support to embed new ways of working.
