Microsoft Services delivered a PaaS digital sports platform built on Azure, Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Power BI, including a fan engagement back end, an extended video service and a consumer mobile app with advanced analytics. The platform scaled Real Madrid’s digital team, grew fan profiles roughly 400% into the millions, and helped drive digital revenues up about 30% year over year while enabling personalized, data-driven fan engagement.
