Bury Group, a 30‑year supplier to OEMs including Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes and Toyota, operates across Poland, Germany and Mexico with about 2,000 employees. Faced with strict audit and OTIF delivery requirements, the company needed stronger production series traceability, robust EDI support and a single ERP capable of managing both high-volume serial production and bespoke, software‑embedded components across geographically distributed divisions.

Bury implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX with partner XPLUS, deploying purchasing, production and planning, sales (EDI), WMS, projects and finance to over 800 users. The solution enabled mobile production order handling, batch/serial tracking, integration with automation and improved planning and cost allocation — strengthening audit compliance, streamlining EDI cycles and centralizing control to better meet quality and delivery targets.
