Kellihers Electrical, Ireland’s leading electrical wholesaler and part of the Rexel Group, needed to replace a legacy ERP across 22 branches with a Microsoft-compatible solution that could handle inventory, purchasing, pricing, quotations, logistics and invoicing. With Rexel selecting Ireland as the test market, Kellihers faced a tight 12-month deadline to find a local IT partner and deliver a reliable, scalable system that integrated with existing Microsoft infrastructure.

Dublin-based Microsoft Gold Partner Sysco Software Solutions implemented a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations using a phased sprint approach, national fibre upgrades and a “train the trainer” rollout for 200 users. The new system delivered efficient product search, flexible order/payment processing, real-time quotations and up-to-date pricing, resulting in a single source of truth for inventory and pricing, improved stock traceability (including non-stock items), faster store-level access and an enhanced customer experience with measurable sales uplift.
