Broadband provider, Community Fibre, reduces business process handling times by 85% using Power Automate

Community Fibre, London’s premier broadband provider, was facing the challenge of streamlining operations as it expanded its services. To improve efficiency, the company turned to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, working with Microsoft partner Cognizant Automation to automate core business processes across lead reporting, billing, and operations.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Community Fibre implement Power Automate and Power Apps, along with process mining and governance tools, to identify improvements and centralize compliance. The result was more than 26,000 hours of work saved and an 85% reduction in business process handling times, while also improving integration with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
