Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a national nonprofit serving more than 4 million young people across 4,300 Clubs, faced fragmented legacy technology that made collaboration slow, consumed staff time with manual processes, and limited program insight by relying on once‑a‑year surveys and a hard‑to‑use intranet. Working with Microsoft, the nonprofit moved to cloud tools—Azure, Dynamics 365/MyFuture, Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint), Power BI, and Microsoft Flow—to centralize content, automate workflows, and capture real‑time participation data. The transformation saved staff hours, improved collaboration and access to critical resources, delivered interactive dashboards for data‑driven program decisions, and freed employees to spend more meaningful time supporting youth, increasing engagement and responsiveness across Clubs.
