Farmadent, a 75‑employee Slovenian wholesaler in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, needed a validated, integrated IT system to meet strict regulatory traceability and Good Distribution Practice requirements. Working with partner Adacta, Farmadent implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV with the PharmaPack vertical plus BI and HR add‑ons to unify procurement, warehousing, finance, sales and recalls. The solution delivers full product traceability, real‑time data and B2B connectivity, better inventory control and faster, better-informed decision‑making across procurement and sales, with a roadmap to add more industry‑specific features.
