Microsoft Dynamics 365, together with Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure security features, helped Bethesda build a patient portal and clinician system that securely shares up-to-date care information. The result is better collaboration among staff, on-demand patient access to care resources, improved flexibility to meet changing expectations, and the ability to measure care quality and outcomes more effectively.
