Microsoft Dynamics 365 helped Barnsley Hospital implement a Teams-based consultation platform tightly integrated with its electronic patient records system, with automation for booking, reminders, and reporting. The result was a simpler patient journey, less admin for clinicians, improved video quality, and fewer missed appointments, with the Trust expecting 15% to 20% of consultations to become virtual as rollout expands.
