AutoZubak Movens, the fleet-leasing arm of Croatia’s Zubak Group, manages sales, rentals and maintenance across eight branches. The company faced slow, manual pricing and contracting—lease quotes could take up to three days and only a few specialists could generate rates—creating administrative bottlenecks, slow response to customers and lost sales opportunities.

By implementing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI, and integrating with the national FINA system, Movens automated quoting, pricing and contract workflows and launched a customer lease-management portal. The solution cut processing time from days to minutes, increased active sellers from about 10 to 40, provided a centralized 360° sales view, and improved customer self-service and employee engagement.
