A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Study
Alberta Motor Association (AMA), a nearly 1 million‑member auto club and one of North America’s largest driver‑education providers, launched an online New Driver Program to make the mandatory 15 hours of instruction more convenient for its largely teenage student base. AMA needed a secure, configurable system to handle registrations, payments and student records while enabling the program to scale beyond its traditional classroom offerings.
AMA chose Moodle for course delivery and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM with partner Adxstudio to administer the pilot. The CRM streamlined administrative tasks, reduced overhead, and created a foundation for lifelong customer records; early results showed higher test scores and satisfaction for online students and positioned AMA to scale the program more cost‑effectively.
