AllValue, a large Philippine retail group behind brands such as AllDay Supermarket (14 branches, targeting 34 by 2020), AllToys, AllBaby & Kids and AllHome, was expanding rapidly in a highly competitive market. Growth exposed operational weaknesses—slow, error-prone inventory management and checkout processes—compounded by limitations in their Dynamics NAV 2013 and data-replication setup, which led to customer complaints and operational bottlenecks.
Working with partner Retail Associates, AllValue upgraded its Dynamics environment, moved to real-time transactional connections (eliminating legacy data replication), added fixed-asset tracking and ran staff reorientation workshops. These changes streamlined POS-to-head-office operations, improved inventory accuracy, sped up checkouts, reduced customer complaints and enabled smoother scaling of stores while enhancing the overall shopping experience.
