EPCOR, a 100% subsidiary of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, provides MRO services for aircraft pneumatic components and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs). As the company grew to nearly 200 employees, its legacy, on‑premises ERP and inconsistent data forced time‑consuming manual processes and spreadsheets, limiting visibility and the ability to predict maintenance needs or scale operations.
EPCOR modernized its IT estate with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, a data warehouse and Power BI, and migrated its Prognos for APU data to the cloud to enable analytics and machine learning. The result: predictive algorithms that spot wear, foreign object damage and performance degradation before failures occur, improved forecasting of shop visits and stock, greater operational efficiency and scalability, and enhanced service for over 100 airline customers.
