An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK), a large Vietnamese bank with about 4,000 staff, needed a fast, secure and cost‑effective way to enable remote work and maintain regulatory compliance during the COVID‑19 pandemic. The bank faced challenges around rapid deployment, protecting sensitive customer data, and ensuring uninterrupted customer service across distributed teams.

Working with CMC Technology & Solution, ABBANK deployed Microsoft 365 (including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint) and Dynamics 365 Customer Service with Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection. The move enabled seamless collaboration and centralized case management—supporting 10 million Teams chat messages and 7,000 online meetings—improved customer service, reduced maintenance and hardware costs, and contributed to an 11.3% profit increase over two years.
