PAVELKA–VTP is a 20-person Czech family firm providing sewerage, plumbing, heating and gas installation services. Rapid growth exposed a reliance on paper, old versions of Word/Excel and no centralized records or automated workflows, which led to messy documentation and difficulty notifying customers about scheduled visits.
Working with partner CloudForce, PAVELKA–VTP moved to a cloud solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Flow and a Resco field app. Field engineers now arrive with complete job data on iPads, photos and signatures are stored securely, service notifications and follow-up visits are automated, and managers get Power BI reporting—resulting in time and resource savings, happier customers and improved competitiveness.
