With cloud transformation, Bonava gains resources to support its rapid, geographically dispersed growth

Bonava, the Swedish housing developer, had just nine months to separate from its parent company and move nearly its entire IT environment to the cloud while also solving mobility, security, and collaboration challenges across hundreds of job sites and offices. Microsoft Corporation products including Office 365, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 10 Enterprise were selected to support this rapid transformation.

Microsoft Corporation, working with Avanade, helped Bonava modernize applications, secure access with Azure Active Directory Premium and other EMS tools, and enable cloud-based collaboration for about 2,000 users. The company moved 21 SaaS apps into production in nine months, shifted more than 90% of its applications with minimal user impact, and now runs over 30 SaaS apps in Microsoft Azure, improving productivity and speeding project delivery.
