With Microsoft Corporation’s Azure AD B2C, Nuffield Health unified customer identities into one platform and launched a secure mobile-friendly portal with single sign-on. More than 290,000 customers now have digital accounts, and 30,000 to 40,000 members book gym classes online every day instead of by phone. The platform also supports up to five million users, helped Nuffield Health become GDPR-compliant, and provides a stronger security foundation for future services.
