Wipro drives mobile productivity with Microsoft cloud security tools to improve customer engagements

Using Microsoft Corporation’s cloud productivity and security ecosystem, including Office 365 and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security, Wipro wanted to give staff access to apps and information from any device without increasing risk.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Enterprise Mobility + Security across Wipro’s core applications, including Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure Information Protection, and related identity and access controls. The result was stronger security and higher productivity: most employees gained secure access from anywhere, conditional access and multifactor authentication were introduced, and Windows 10 was deployed globally in just three months. Wipro also used Intune to provision devices in 45 minutes and improved remote access to internal apps, helping modernize IT operations and enhance customer engagements.
