Wincasa, a Swiss integrated real estate service provider, needed a faster, more modern way to serve tenants instead of relying on phone and email for requests and lease-related support. Working with Microsoft Corporation, Wincasa built the My Wincasa portal and app using Microsoft Azure, including Azure Active Directory B2C and Azure Virtual Machines.

Microsoft Corporation helped Wincasa implement secure tenant authentication, single sign-on, and a scalable cloud-based platform for the portal. The solution saved four weeks of development time, reduced costs by about CHF 100,000 (USD 105,000), cut annual maintenance by CHF 10,000, and enabled response times that are at least twice as fast as before, with new features now shipped every two weeks.
