Into-Sana, the Odesa-based private healthcare leader in Ukraine, was growing quickly but struggling with inefficient processes, multiple systems, and slow internal communication. The results included a 60% reduction in contract negotiation time, faster information retrieval from over 30 minutes to about 3 minutes, employee engagement rising from 50% to 70%, and a 30% cut in IT communication and collaboration support costs.
