Using Microsoft Corporation technology, the customer built an innovative population health approach to risk-stratify expectant mothers and identify care gaps more quickly.

Microsoft Corporation helped TriCore implement the Population Health Intervention algorithm on SQL Server with Power BI as the presentation layer. The solution improved prenatal outcomes in a pilot study, delivering a 40% reduction in preterm deliveries and more than a 50% reduction in NICU occupancy, while also setting the stage for additional algorithms in other disease areas.
