Toyota Turkey empowers CRM services with machine learning solution

Toyota Turkey, part of Toyota, wanted to improve its CRM and marketing targeting so it could reach the right customer with the right offer at the right time. Working with Microsoft Corporation’s Azure platform and AI technologies, the company set out to derive better insights from data coming from dealers, web, and call centers.

Microsoft Corporation helped Toyota implement Azure Machine Learning Studio to build predictive models and apply them to real data for operational decision-making. The result was a 1.5 to 3 times increase in interest in new vehicles versus control groups, while Toyota also improved resource efficiency and customer value by focusing outreach on more relevant prospects.
