Microsoft Corporation helped Toshiba America Business Solutions deploy e-BRIDGE CloudConnect to detect issues early, dispatch technicians with the right parts, and even self-correct some problems before a service call was needed. The solution improved device uptime, reduced service costs, and was delivered in about eight weeks instead of the typical 8 to 10 months; CloudConnect Data Service also helped Toshiba analyze repair data to improve product design and strengthen its global supply chain.
