TIHCL Revives Ailing Small Businesses and Leverages Microsoft’s Digital

Microsoft Corporation helped TIHCL build a one-stop curative window with detailed workflows, consultant allocation, and AI-enabled analysis to speed up MSME consulting and resolution. The solution has already helped TIHCL resolve issues for 39 ailing MSMEs, improving the speed and reach of revival and restructuring support, with examples including restored operations for Sri Haritha Industries and a capacity increase from 50% to 80% for M/s. Surya Paper Industries in less than a month.
