Microsoft Corporation implemented Teams as a shared workspace where DXC employees could chat, meet, call, co-author documents, and access files and insights in one place, with mobile support and built-in security. The result was rapid organic adoption, stronger collaboration, better knowledge reuse, and improved productivity; DXC reported that Teams became central to daily work and that they were using it to work better and faster across meetings, voice, chat, documents, and co-creation.
