Telekom Srbija, Serbia’s leading telecommunications company, needed a better way to connect its 9,000 employees across multiple locations, improve internal communication, and make knowledge sharing more transparent and two-way. Working with Microsoft Corporation, the company looked to build stronger employee engagement and support day-to-day business processes using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint.

Microsoft Corporation implemented a cross-company collaboration and communication portal built on Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, with Microsoft Adoption Services helping launch the communities. The platform quickly reached its target of 3,000 users by the end of 2018, received strong employee response, and helped staff share expertise, discuss customer issues, and collaborate across departments more effectively.
