The Polish Medical Association sought to develop an innovative telecare program to support elderly and disabled citizens, aiming to enhance their quality of life through remote monitoring. Microsoft implemented its Dynamics CRM solution to underpin the entire telecare system. This platform integrated wearables and phones with a back-end support system, managing patient information and business processes 24/7. The solution provided detailed reporting and data analysis capabilities, allowing the association to allocate resources more flexibly and analyze the impact of their service delivery for the 550 citizens in the pilot program.
