TD Bank used Microsoft Corporation’s Azure cloud platform as part of this effort.
Microsoft Corporation helped TD Bank move from on-premises infrastructure to Azure, giving the bank greater scalability, agility, and flexibility for advanced data processing. The solution enabled a 360-degree view of customers, faster access to key insights, and more detailed understanding of the factors driving satisfaction, such as ease of use, trust, and information access. As a result, TD Bank improved customer engagement and strengthened relationships with its digitally active customers.
