TalkTalk Group, a UK telecommunications provider, needed to modernize a restrictive office culture and limited collaboration tools so employees in London and Manchester could work more flexibly and creatively. The company also wanted to improve security while supporting remote and mobile work across its 2,500-person workforce, and it turned to Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft 365 Enterprise to help make that shift.
Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 Enterprise with key services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business Online, Intune, and Windows 10, supported by FastTrack for migration and rollout. The result was major adoption and impact: nearly 99% of employees used Office 365, Skype for Business Online adoption grew by 20% in the first three months, 1.3 million files and 4.2 TB of data were moved to OneDrive, and TalkTalk reported 100% team retention after enabling home working.
