Microsoft Corporation implemented a secure, centralized collaboration environment built around SharePoint Online for storage and Teams for chat, meetings, and project communication, supported by Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Azure Video Indexer. The results included a 33% reduction in cancelled or missed internal meetings, a 27% increase in real-time collaboration on project files, a 24% decrease in internal peer-to-peer email, and 89% active weekday use of Teams, enabling FoST to scale storytelling more effectively.
