Singapore Children’s Society, a nonprofit organization, faced challenges in managing its large and growing donor base and optimizing its fundraising outreach. Their previous bespoke donor management system could not keep pace with their evolving needs. To gain better insights and control over donor engagement, they worked with Microsoft and implemented a solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights.
Microsoft, through its partner Customer Capital Consulting, provided the Donor and Volunteer Engagement (DoVE) platform. This solution gave the Society a 360-degree view of donor profiles and activities, enabling more effective segmentation and targeted messaging. The results included enhanced capabilities in data mining and analysis, allowing the team to save time and better plan their outreach campaigns to optimize donations.
