Securitas, the Swedish security services provider, wanted to move from traditional guarding to tech-driven protective services while giving its 370,000 employees a more connected, digital workplace. To support this transformation, Securitas turned to Microsoft Corporation and its Microsoft 365 productivity cloud, replacing older tools and helping teams collaborate more effectively across regions and roles.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Office 365, Intune, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Surface to modernize communication, document sharing, and device management. The results included rapid adoption by 30,000 information workers in six months, stronger collaboration across 16+ countries, and a successful major contract win run entirely in Teams, which earned the client a 5 out of 5 score for the start-up process.
