Case Study: Secure Energy Services achieves safer, more efficient safety reporting with Microsoft Corporation

SECURE Energy Services uses Dynamics-powered ITRAK platform to set a new safety standard

Secure Energy Services, a Canada-based energy services company, needed a better way to collect and report health and safety data, standardize risk identification, and improve visibility across facilities. Using Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, the company also wanted to make its safety information more actionable for field teams and managers.

Microsoft Corporation, through the ITRAK 4 solution integrated with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure, helped Secure Energy Services streamline safety workflows with mandatory fields, automatic notifications, and intuitive form capture. The project was designed, developed, and implemented in 55 days, and it led to cleaner data, greater field adoption, improved transparency, and stronger reporting volume and accuracy, with forms entered rising from 5,262 in 2015 to 7,803 in 2016 and proactive efforts tracked increasing from 12,370 to 34,360.
