Microsoft provided a cloud-based solution that integrated seamlessly with the team's other systems, including Power BI. This allowed the Sounders to aggregate fan data more reliably, enabling their small service team to work more productively and provide highly personalized support. The solution helps the club track fan preferences and issues comprehensively, and it is being used to build a renewal model to proactively retain season ticket members, which was not previously possible.
