Seamless app completes award-winning omnichannel experience

Lindex, a major fashion retailer, sought to complete its omnichannel customer experience by developing a new mobile app. This was a key missing piece in their strategy to allow shoppers to move seamlessly between digital and in-store channels. To build this application, they partnered with Microsoft, utilizing the Xamarin framework and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

By leveraging Microsoft's Xamarin, the development team was able to efficiently create a single, high-quality app for both iOS and Android, avoiding redundant code and ensuring a consistent experience. The integration with Microsoft Azure provided a powerful and scalable backend, including services for measurement with HockeyApp and Application Insights and analytics with Power BI.
