Screenzilla Entertainment, a division of Hyper Hippo Productions, needed a way to stand out in the crowded casual gaming market and better understand player behavior and lifetime value. The company wanted to unify marketing, CRM, social, and game data to personalize experiences and make smarter decisions, and it used Microsoft Corporation’s Azure, PlayFab, and Power BI as part of its data-driven gaming stack.

Microsoft Corporation, working with partner Decisive Data, helped Screenzilla build a solution that pulls data from 10 sources into two dashboards using Azure PlayFab Insights, Azure Data Explorer, and Power BI. The result is a 360-degree view of each player, enabling more effective marketing, better game experiences, and lower data infrastructure overhead, while helping Screenzilla reach new players more cost-effectively.
