Save the Children builds a modern data warehouse with Attunity and Azure to gain real-time fundraising insights

Save the Children, the global nonprofit, needed a way to break down siloed data so it could see fundraising and outreach performance in real time. Its existing batch ETL tools couldn’t keep up with data from CRM, ERP, and other sources, leaving analysts with outdated or incomplete information. Microsoft Corporation and Attunity helped address this challenge with Azure SQL Data Warehouse and Azure Data Lake Storage.

Microsoft Corporation and Attunity implemented a modern data warehouse solution using Attunity Replicate to stream and ingest data from more than 30 sources into Azure Data Lake, with complex workloads moved to Azure SQL Data Warehouse for fast analytics. The result was a single version of truth with fresher data for reporting and fundraising, enabling real-time insights and helping Save the Children react faster to needs and improve fundraising effectiveness.
