Epos Now, a cloud-based point-of-sale provider serving thousands of business customers, wanted to improve reporting and data insights so its merchants could make better decisions. Microsoft Corporation helped Epos Now migrate data with Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database, creating a seamless data-as-a-service reporting solution. The new setup improved custom report performance by 3x, reduced future SQL Server operating costs, and gave Epos Now a differentiated offering with real-time, more flexible analytics for customers.
