Rzeszów School in Microsoft cloud transforming education with Office 365

Rzeszów City Hall, a Smart City-focused municipality, wanted to modernize education across its public schools and improve communication, collaboration, and digital skills for students and teachers. Working with Microsoft Corporation and using Office 365 Education, the city aimed to give around 30,000 students and 3,600 teachers secure, modern access to cloud-based learning tools.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Office 365 Education along with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, and Minecraft Education Edition, and supported five model schools through the “School in Microsoft Cloud” program and teacher trainings. The results included faster access to services via the city portal, more dynamic and flexible classes, better school communication and co-editing, and reduced paper use in administration by up to 30% per year.
