Case Study: Rogers Communications achieves a more inclusive workplace with Microsoft Corporation and Microsoft 365

A Microsoft Corporation Case Study

Preview of the Rogers Communications Case Study

Rogers builds more inclusive culture that supports diverse team members, with help from Microsoft 365

Rogers Communications, a major Canadian telecommunications company with 10,000+ employees, was working to build a more inclusive culture and modernize its workplace while making sure employees of all abilities could fully participate. The company wanted to remove barriers for team members with disabilities and create an environment that better supported diversity, collaboration, and productivity using Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft tools.

Microsoft Corporation helped Rogers Communications implement Microsoft 365, Office 365, Windows 10, and Windows Hello to support accessible, flexible ways of working. The solution introduced built-in assistive features such as voice commands, Read Aloud, Narrator, and captioning, helping employees with vision, mobility, and hearing challenges; Rogers also used captioning to make event videos accessible. The result was a more inclusive workplace culture and a stronger foundation for companywide accessibility and diversity efforts.
