Korn Ferry, a global executive search and organizational advisory firm, needed a faster way for its 8,000 employees to find expertise and content and collaborate across a dispersed workforce. Using Microsoft Corporation’s Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and Multi-Geo, Korn Ferry aimed to reduce time spent searching for information while keeping client data secure and compliant.
Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft 365 tools to centralize documents, improve intelligent search, and streamline teamwork through Teams. The result was much faster collaboration: Korn Ferry said a proposal that could have taken three to four days could now be completed in about 60 minutes, and Teams adoption reached more than 500 teams within three weeks. Multi-Geo and security features like MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention also helped Korn Ferry address data residency and protect sensitive information.
