Pivotal helps Thales transform developer experience to go fully digital with Azure

Thales Digital Factory, part of Thales in France, needed to accelerate innovation as customer expectations outpaced its ability to build and deploy software with traditional development practices. To become fully digital, it partnered with Microsoft Corporation and Pivotal, using Azure and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to modernize its developer experience.

Microsoft Corporation and Pivotal implemented PCF on Microsoft Azure to automate provisioning, deployments, and service integration while improving scalability and security. The results were strong: developers now spend 80% of their time coding, applications achieve 99.7% uptime, and Thales can launch new concepts in hours instead of weeks, while running apps securely across two on-premises environments and globally for customers.
