Oxfordshire Council secures and saves with Windows 10 and Enterprise Cloud Suite

Oxfordshire County Council, serving more than 650,000 residents with 4,500 staff, needed a future-ready IT platform that could protect sensitive citizen data while meeting government compliance requirements. The council also wanted to improve mobility and flexible working so employees could deliver better public services. Microsoft Corporation implemented Windows 10 laptops combined with the Enterprise Cloud Suite to give staff a familiar, secure, and mobile working environment. The result was improved flexibility, with employees able to work wherever they had an internet connection, while still meeting government accreditation standards. The council also reported significant benefits and savings from the new setup.
