Org chart platform provider amplifies ease of use and security with Azure AD

Pingboard, a real-time org chart platform provider based in Austin, Texas, needed a way to make org chart creation easier while meeting enterprise customers’ security and access requirements. To improve usability and trust, Pingboard turned to Microsoft Corporation’s Azure Active Directory, using single sign-on and user provisioning as part of Azure and Enterprise Mobility + Security.

Microsoft Corporation helped Pingboard integrate Azure AD so customers could access the platform with fewer logins, simpler onboarding and offboarding, and secure sync from a trusted identity source. The result was a smoother user experience and a stronger sales proposition: Pingboard said Azure AD-connected trial users were five times more likely to convert, and setup for Microsoft-based customers became 10 times easier.
